Senior Technology Support Consultant
The Senior Technology Support Consultant is responsible for performing advanced technical work and assisting diverse clients with unique computer environments. This position provides assistance to clients via remote connection, email responses or verbal guidance by phone, on-site consultation, installation of hardware and software, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network and client server data and communications problems. Position requires the understanding of varied network operating systems and communications protocols in diverse client environments. Assist in the management of client hosting services, creation and maintenance of client domain registrations, DNS Records, hosted email accounts, and web domains.
It is imperative that the utmost accuracy, focus and attention to detail are applied. Failure to do so can result in disruption to business operations and possible system failure. Work is a diversified nature that usually involves multiple unrelated steps. Analytical thought is necessary when dealing with complex data and situations and requires planning or carrying out a sequence of actions.
